Our breakthrough emerged from a frazzled client in 2025. Their key investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements delivered to match. Rather than declaring it impossible, our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—arrangements designed to look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
